The purpose of giving feedback is not to hurt someone's feelings but to improve their performance or the situation. When given properly and thoughtfully, both positive and negative feedback can be an effective way to motivate someone to continue improving and change for the better. Giving and receiving feedback is an important lifeskill that children will need to ultimately master.
This creative printable activity helps to encourage our kids to think about how to give feedback to the people in their lives.
