Research and find out more about the teaching profession and the different skills one needs to do a good job. Here's a fun lesson plan:

Roles and Responsibilities Brainstorming: Begin the lesson by asking students what they think their teachers do in the classroom. Write down their responses on the whiteboard or flipchart. Engage the students briefly about the various tasks and responsibilities they believe teachers have. Encourage them to share their personal experiences or observations.
