Ahh... The smell and sizzling sounds of a hearty (and well, greasy) traditional Full English Breakfast, also known as a "Fry Up". Is there anything more glorious to start your morning with? A British Sunday staple, this extravagant breakfast delight normally consists of fried eggs, sausage, back bacon, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, traditional black pudding, potatoes and some hot buttered toasts.

According to historians, the full English breakfast was most likely introduced in the English countryside sometime in the 14th century. Noble houses would serve lavish breakfast meals to their guests as a show of their wealth, the skills of their cooks and the bounties of their estate. Today, this quintessentially British meal is enjoyed by everyone in the U.K. and around the world.

This creative printable worksheet set pays respect to this British institution. Let's keep calm and fry up!
