You have the New York style, Chicago style, Kansas City style... the list goes on.

Age: 6 to 9 year olds, Activity Time: 1-2 hours, Items Needed: Colouring pencils

In this activity, your child will learn about the history of hot dogs and the different types of local styled American hot dogs. They will also be able to design and colour their own hotdogs on printables.

It will help your child or student:

  • Develop an appreciation for the historical origins of a humble street food and how immigrants have contributed to everyday cuisine in many countries including America.
  • Get creative by recreating different styled hot dogs!
