Age: 6 to 9 year olds, Activity Time: 1-2 hours, Items Needed: Writing and colour pencils
In this activity, your child will reflect on the people and things he/she is thankful for and express their gratitude through conceptualising and designing a t-shirt.
It will help your child or student:
Develop a stronger and clearer sense of gratefulness and thankfulness by listing down the things/events in their lives that they are grateful for.
Learn and practice looking for the silver lining in difficult circumstances in their life.
Move away from the feeling of entitlement and envy and work towards being a more thankful (and happier) person.

How to Get Started
Simple steps to start:
Research and find out the best way to help your child think about the different things in their lives that they can be thankful for. Here's an interesting video about how being gratitude helps your wellbeing. There's an interesting gratitude exercise too!
Ask your child/student to write down a list of things, people or places that they are grateful for.
