Regular exercise can help dogs maintain a healthy weight and live longer happy lives.

Elementary kids can play an important role in promoting and creating more awareness about canine fitness by educating themselves and others. By doing so, they can help ensure that dogs in their communities stay healthy, happy, and active.

This activity will allow students to explore the different ways to keep our canine friends healthy and fit and also take note of unhealthy symptoms.

It will help your child or student with:

  1. Recognizing common health symptoms in dogs: By knowing what to look for, they can alert their parents or veterinarians if they suspect their dog is sick.
  2. Understanding basic dog nutrition: Elementary kids can learn about essential dog nutrition, including the types of food dogs should eat, how much they should eat, and how often they should eat.
  3. Learn more about the role of veterinarians: They can also learn about the importance of regular check-ups, vaccinations, and preventive care to help keep their dogs healthy.
