World Kindness Day is an international celebration to promote kindness across the globe. It is observed on November 13th every year and its purpose is "to highlight good deeds in the community focusing on the positive power and the common thread of kindness, which binds us.” Wonderful!

Age: 6 to 9 year olds, Activity Time: On-going, Items Needed: Colour pencils

In this activity, your child or student will try to complete the 19 random acts of kindness for the people in his/her community.

It will help your child or student:

  • Develop a stronger and clearer sense of gratefulness and thankfulness for being part of a community bound by kindness.
  • Move away from the feeling of entitlement and envy and work towards being a more thankful (and happier) person.
