Manatee Awareness Month, which happens every November in Florida, is an annual month long event to promote the conservation of these large aquatic mammals. During the winter months, Manatees often make their way to warmer shores and share the same waterways as us, particularly our speedboats. Watercraft collision is the number one human-related cause of death to these gentle giants.

This printable worksheet pack encourages your child or student to create more awareness about manatees and how irresponsible human activity threaten their survival.
