We've all been wowed by the amazing and out of this world cakes made by celebrity chef Buddy Valastro from TLC's Cake Boss fame. It seems that every new custom cake order on this delightful reality tv show seems to outdo the previous episodes. We've seen cakes made to like barbecue pits, hotdogs, cartoon characters (like Bumblebee from Transformers), tubs of Haagen Daz, Las Vegas slot machines and even football stadiums!
The skills and craftsmanship required to bake, build and accessorise these large custom cakes require years of dedication and practice. It's no wonder that none of Buddy's cakes come cheap. Nonetheless, it's truly heartwarming to see the happy (and surprised) faces of the people who ultimately receive these beautifully hand crafted masterpieces. These are lifelong memories in the making!
